Residential Deliveries

There are many options available for our residential deliveries.  Most deliveries are picked up from the store or distribution centre either the day of the delivery, or the business day prior (depending on delivery area/schedule).

Regular Delivery: includes blanket-wrap transportation to destination and placement in the area/room of customer choice.  Area should be clear of existing furniture or additional charges may apply (see below). If product/merchandise is NOT shipped assembled/deluxed/uncrated, additional charges may also apply.

Deluxe Delivery: includes all of the above as well as uncrating of product/merchandise and removal (and recycling/disposal) of all packaging/dunnage/debris which the product was shipped in.

Full Deluxe & Setup Delivery: includes all of the above, but also includes assembly/set-up of product/merchandise (subject to a few exclusions, please contact us!).  Please note, that without prior arrangement, this does not include any ‘hanging’, ‘mounting’ or mechanical & electrical connections of any kind!

Options (at an additional charge) to the above basic Delivery types include:

(a) move of existing items.

(b) removal for disposal/recycling of existing items.  Also note that there may be additional delivery charges if the quantity (both number and size) of product

being delivered to one address exceeds ONE SUITE of furniture — please contact us in advance for clarification.
