While we are focused mainly on Professional Furniture Delivery and Office Moving, our range of services is actually much more diverse. Our years of experience have allowed us to become very well versed in many facets of the delivery and moving industry. If the list of services below does not quite meet your requirements, please contact us, as we can more than likely accommodate you!
Residential Deliveries:
There are many options available for our residential deliveries. Most deliveries are picked up from the store or distribution centre either the day of the delivery, or the business day prior (depending on delivery area/schedule).
- Regular Delivery - includes blanket-wrap transportation to destination and placement in the area/room of
customer choice. Area should be clear of existing furniture or additional charges may apply (see below).
If product/merchandise is NOT shipped assembled/deluxed/uncrated, additional charges may also apply.
- Deluxe Delivery - includes all of the above as well as uncrating of product/merchandise and removal of
all packaging/dunnage/debris which the product was shipped in.
- Full Deluxe & Setup Delivery - includes all of the above, but also includes assembly/set-up of product/merchandise
(subject to a few exclusions, please contact us!). Please note, that without prior arrangement, this does NOT
include any ‘hanging’, ‘mounting’ or mechanical & electrical connections of any kind!
- Threshhold Delivery - a much more basic delivery option, which is simply a ‘drop-off’ style delivery of the product/
merchandise to the nearest point of entry of the customer’s premises; an ‘As-is Where-Is’ option where the customer
is responsible for final placement, any unpackaging, ad subsequent disposal of same.
Options (at an additional charge) to the above basic Delivery types include: (a) move of existing items on a ‘1-for-1’
basis of SIMILAR merchandise; (b) removal for disposal/recycling of existing items on a ‘1-for-1’ basis of SIMILAR
merchandise. Also note that there may be additional delivery charges if the quantity (both number and size) of product
being delivered to one address exceeds ONE SUITE of furniture -- please contact us in advance for clarification.
Commercial / Office / Business Deliveries:
As with our Residential Deliveries, there are options available here also. In addition, loading dock and elevator access usually need to be pre-arranged. Disposal of packaging debris/dunnage may be handled on site if desired.
Office & Commercial Moving:
As specialized Office Movers, we have not only the expertise but also the dedicated equipment to tackle even the most challenging of office moves. From pack-out of desk contents to complete filing systems, we are trained and equipped to handle your needs. As no two office moves are ever the same, please contact one of our Office Moving Co-ordinators to discuss your specific needs.
Household / Residential Moving (HHG):
We also offer household (residential) moving options. The most cost effective is if you do all of your own packing and disassembly of furniture that is required to be disassembled for the move and we come in and provide the truck and the manpower to do the job. However, if you are unable to do so, we do offer full service moving which can include packing and unpacking, disassembly and reassembly. Display Homes / Show Suites / Interior Design / Staging:
INCARTA has an extensive background working with numerous Interior Designers and Property Marketing Firms in managing display homes/suites of various sizes. We can also provide services to support professional stagers. We have a proven track record in furnishing Lottery Homes also. Some of the services we can provide here include full set-up/breakdown, temporary storage, placement of accessories and of course the reverse of the entire process!
