Common delivery involves pickup from retailer/supplier and delivery to residence. Pickup may be same-day or prior business day (this will be determined by our dispatch!) Additional services (at additional cost) - returns/exchanges of merchandise - removal & disposal/recycle of old - large order (generally over one SUITE of furniture) - COD collection - moving of existing furniture/appliance - assembly/setup/connect Verify customer contact information as additional charges for NBH/NAH, wait time, re-direct Common pitfalls for why merchandise cannot be delivered (size, access, path of delivery) White Glove/Last Mile/Deluxe
